    With greater stability in place, we can now examine triggers and habitual responses with clarity. You’ll learn how to interrupt reactive cycles and consciously build new, more regulated responses.

  • Emotional Processing

    The focus shifts to emotional resilience. You’ll practice staying present with emotional intensity without becoming overwhelmed or disconnected. This week often marks a significant increase in internal steadiness and confidence

  • Final Integration & Stability
