Hi, I’m Beatrice, nice to meet you!

... a vlogger, an author, a psychologist, and a passionate guide for those interested in personal growth, self-understanding, and mental well-being.

For years, I lived in a constant state of tension without fully understanding why. I tried routines, advice, and different approaches, hoping that if I just found the “right method,” everything would finally settle. It was as if I were always waiting for something to go wrong. Then my life took an unexpected turn.
I was diagnosed with cancer, and everything intensified, physically, emotionally, and mentally. My world slowed down, but my nervous system did the opposite. It felt like I was trapped in permanent survival mode. Even in moments meant to be calm, my body couldn’t relax. I wasn’t just facing an illness; I was facing the invisible exhaustion of living in constant alert. But that moment, which could have defined me, became the moment I decided to reclaim myself.
After my diagnosis, I made a conscious choice: I didn’t want to live in fear or passivity. I wanted to understand my body, my mind, and the deeper mechanisms behind healing. I immediately immersed myself in study and personal development, choosing to pursue a Master’s degree in Psychology while also pursuing a Harvard Medical School certification.

Healing is about learning to feel safe within your own body again, gently building resilience, and recognizing that regulation is a sign of strength, which can inspire hope and confidence.
