FAQ’s

Is this program right for me if I experience anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional instability?

Yes. This space was created for individuals who feel dysregulated, overstimulated, or disconnected and are ready to build a more stable internal foundation. The approach is gentle, structured, and designed to increase your capacity gradually rather than force rapid change.

What if intense emotions come up during the process?

Emotional activation can naturally arise when working with the nervous system. You will be guided to move slowly and to prioritize safety at all times. However, if you are experiencing severe distress, panic attacks that feel unmanageable, dissociation, suicidal thoughts, or any heavy psychological symptoms, it is essential to seek immediate support from a licensed mental health professional nearby or a trusted person physically present with you. This program is not a substitute for clinical or emergency care.

Do I need previous experience with somatic practices or nervous system work?

No experience is required. Concepts are explained clearly and translated into embodied exercises. Whether you’re completely new to this work or already familiar with it, the structure allows you to deepen your awareness and regulation capacity in a grounded way.

How much time should I dedicate each week?

The weekly material can typically be completed in about 60–90 minutes. That said, this is NOT a race. The real transformation happens in the integration and allowing the practices to gently weave into your daily life.

Can I count this as individual therapy?

Absolutely not. This is an educational and self-regulation program. It provides structured tools and guidance but doesn’t replace psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or individualized medical support. If you’re currently working with a therapist, this program can complement your relationship with them.

Will I have lifetime access?

Yes. The enrollment includes continued access to all materials so you can return to the practices whenever you need recalibration, grounding, or reinforcement.
